Make Up Products - My personal choice and favorites

Hey Girls, Let’s talk about girly things today! I know this is an enticing topic for us. Having my makeup on gives me blitheness and confidence. Nevertheless, Simplicity is Beauty, if you opt to look natural and not comfortable wearing makeup, hats off to you.  I have lotsa friends and kinswomen who don’t wear any. This is laudable. Confidence is the key. As long as you feel good and carefree about yourself, then you are doing the right thing. It’s more than just feeling pretty, it’s about feeling your best. Focus on the positives of life. I want to share my personal and favorite makeup products.

I should start by telling you that this is a non-sponsored post and no one asked me to review any one of these products, these are merely my favorites that have withstood the test of time.

The best make up products that work for me:

MAC In Extreme Dimension Waterproof Mascara

I am very particular about the type of Mascara that I’m using. I want something magic to make my eyelashes long. Is that possible? 😀  I absolutely fell in love with this In Extreme Dimension Waterproof Mascara from MAC. I’ve been using this for almost a year now, and I am satiated. The mascara formula is distributed nicely among the lashes and it lifts and separates the lashes, too. The handle is nice and easy to hold as it’s a little thinner towards the top. It stays on your lashes all day and won’t budge. The staying power is impressive.

Rimmel London Eyebrow Pencil

Eyebrows can change the whole look of your face. Well groomed eyebrows make a lot of difference to your personality. They say, “eyebrow is life”. I’m  using this Rimmel London Eyebrow Pencil Dark Brown to enhance and refine the shape of my eyebrows. It can be used to fill gaps or lengthen the arc of the eyebrow to create the desired look. My natural brows are thin, not dense and not shaped perfectly. I’m using an eyebrow pencil to define them. This pencil comes with a sturdy cap which fits in nicely and has a grooming brush attached to it.

Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer and Highlighter

I love this Match Perfection Concealer by Rimmel London because it gives full coverage and brightens the area under the eye. It can also be used to highlight your eyebrow. I want something natural, smooth look with no creasing, and not cakey that lasts a couple of hours. And this one does, I can recommend this product.

MAC Studio Fix Powder

Studio Fix Powder from MAC is my favorite and the one that I’m using. It’s a bit exorbitant but you can use it for a long time. I bought mine last July 2016 and I’m still using it. The compact is so sleek, I love toting it around! It’s better to put a primer before putting your makeup, when powder foundation I put the concealer on first, blend, then apply the powder. You only need to choose the correct shade for your skin tone for best results.

Loreal True Match Blush

This dainty blush is also one of my favorites. It’s perfect for daytime wear and will match with most lipstick shades. It also gives a beautiful luminosity without any glitter. Smooth to apply and looks great for hours. I just love it. The only thing I think that could be improved is the quality of the packaging.

Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm

This is my favorite because I opt for a matte lipstick. Beautiful colors, easy to apply and affordable. It applies quite nicely and even though it’s matte, it’s not a drying matte. It stays all day, but if you wipe it off it leaves a stain on your lips which is quite good also. You can reapply after 5 or 6 hours.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick

I adore this lipstick because it’s a long-lasting, full-coverage matte lipstick in liquid form. Even after you have food, the lipstick stays and don’t wear off in a bad way. It complemented my skin tone I am in love with this product.

Don’t forget to wear your best smile, because it’s the BEST makeup a girl could wear. 🙂
