It’s hard to be completely happy when considering our own difficulties and predicaments. But happiness is a choice and it starts from within.
How you see the world and how you respond to a certain situation can absolutely influence your perspective. Simple things that make us enjoy and look good can revive the spirit.Always appreciate people, do your own thing and focus on being better. This way we can have a carefree and positive disposition that could lead to a meaningful and happier life.
We can try these things to make us feel better and happier:
Go out with your friends
It’s always good to be with your friends and talk about random things. Surround yourself with people who continually make you happy. Go for a camping or barbecue, travel together, discover new places, and treasure the moments.
Use your camera to find beauty in the things and people around you. Capture awe-inspiring scenes and be amazed with the wonders of the world. Be creative.
It’s gratifying to travel with your friends but it’s also cool to travel solo. Connect with your inner self. You will be pleased and composed when you go alone. Make sure to bring selfie stick, though 🙂
Play an instrument
You’re never too old to learn and play an instrument. When I was a kid, I’ve always wanted to play the piano, when I got the job I bought a new one but eventually sold it after a year for a better model, hopefully.
Start a blog
If your passion is writing, it’s not too late to start a blog. Tell your story and share your experiences or interests. Eventually you can turn your passion into profit.
Learn a new language
It can be added as skills and a special advantage. Traveling through a foreign country becomes much easier if you can speak the language of that country. It shows a greater level of respect and is an easy way to meet new friends.

It makes you happy, improves your mood, and releases stress. When you have time, do a quick run or brisk walk. Your body is designed to move.
When you work abroad you will be compelled to cook and prepare food for yourself and it’s always a good idea to cook healthy food at home. A good way to save money as well. 😉
Listen to your favorite music
Music is my therapy. One of my favorite diversions. It makes me happy. It’s like a soothing massage that gently touches my heart deep down into my soul.
Talk to old and wise men
They have something to say. Learn from them. They have a lot of experiences. And through experience, men grow humbler and wiser.
Eat your comfort food
It will make you feel good. Satisfy your craving, go out and dine at your favorite restaurant.
Watch the sunset
Appreciate life’s gift. Celebrate and be thankful for each day. This is one of my favorite scenes.
Clean your space
Declutter, sell unused items, donate it to the charity, free up space, design your room or workstation. Make your room a cocoon that you will be agitated to come home after a long hours of work shift.
Get enough sleep
Have you experienced to complete the eight hours of sleep and wake up feeling energized and recharged. Try to have 7-8 hours of sleep each day. Needless to say, sleep deprivation can also affect our mood.
